As I mentioned in the welcome post and introduction to the Enterprise Vault Engineering blog, one of our goals is to get under the hood of the product and provide a better understanding of some of the product’s internal and external workings. In order to do this, first I need to introduce you to some Engineering tools. By that I don’t mean Engineers that are tools
(though I am sure that may be a word you have sometimes used for us when you have encountered an issue with the product ;0), but the toolbox that we rely upon to get our job done.
